Delivery

In-stock items will be dispatched within one week, while custom-made items will be dispatched within 40 days. We generally ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or DPD. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £10. Once dispatched, orders within the UK will usually arrive within one week.

Returns

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in a resalable condition. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Custom-made and personalised items are generally non-returnable unless faulty or not made to the agreed specifications. Custom-order deposits are normally non-refundable once production has begun.
